Hello, I am Jeff Sauerwine, a School Resource Officer.  

This will be my first full year at Glenwood. I am a Certified Alabama Peace Officer, sworn thru the Russell County Sheriff's Office. 

I am originally from Easton, Pa., living there until graduating high school and joining the Army. 

After 20 years in the Army, I became a Sheriff's Deputy in Lee County, where I served for over 15 years as a reserve and full time Deputy.

Now I am here at Glenwood and I could not be more excited!

I have a B.S. Degree from Troy University in Criminal Justice. I also proudly serve my community as a Smiths Station Planning Commissioner. 

My wife Lee and I, have been married for over 23 yrs. We have two sons, Clay and Wade.

 

I look forward to ensuring our campus is a safe environment for our Gators and staff to learn and grow.
