Dear Parents,

My name is Lauren Davis and I am excited to be teaching your child Math this school year! I am a graduate of Glenwood School, and it feels great to be back “home”. 

This will begin my 17th year of teaching. In 2007, I graduated from Troy University with my Bachelor’s Degree, and I went on to obtain my Master’s Degree from the University of West Alabama in 2018, and my Specialist Degree in 2024.

I have been married to Jeff Davis for 8 years, and we have 3 children. Payton is 19 years old and a 2024 Glenwood graduate. Carter is 14, (9th grade) and Jolie Rayne is 7 and entering 2nd grade. We enjoy all things sports-related and traveling!  I am the Girls’ Varsity Tennis Coach & Middle School Cheer Coach here at Glenwood!

I look forward to working with your child this year to learn some new math skills and apply them in real-life situations. I have high expectations for my students and want them to be successful in math class. I strive to make Math fun and enjoyable for my students and know that we will all have a great year learning and growing together!
