Test Thursday, Sept. 17th
Math: Practice fact cards to improve automaticity with number recognition. :) Be sure to practice and notice plus and minus signs and discuss the difference. You brought home both the addition and subtraction fact boxes when you can to drop off supplies. :) The note with the boxes is a great resource that helps know which problems are in each fact family.
We complete our weekly speed drill during the week. If your child does not perform well, nightly practice with the fact cards will be very beneficial.

Bible: devotion / worship songs
Language/Writing: Rhyming word families; ABC order; nonsense words; Making sentences; Word order statements; Questions; Exclamations; Review ending marks; count syllables in words; correcting a sentence; sentence unscramble; changing first syllable in a word; Writing tablet
