Here is a little information to help you get to know me better. I am a Glenwood graduate. This is my 14th year teaching at Glenwood, and I love teaching 4th grade!   I earned my M.Ed. in Elementary Education at Troy University. I have been married  to my wonderful husband, Jim, for 35 years.  Our children have flown the coop to start their own wonderful families, and have blessed us with 7 awesome grandchildren!  Our dog, Maka, and our cat, Simon, make up the non-human part of our family. ( don't tell them about the non-human part😉 ) . When I am not at school I enjoy a good book, a cup of coffee, watching the birds in my backyard, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.  

I am so excited about  4th grade this year.  There are so many things we have not discovered "YET"!  I look forward to providing  your child the opportunity to explore and grow in a safe loving environment.
