Math: Number sense; numbers 1-100, concepts of addition and subtraction with fact families 1-5; patterns, number words, writing our numbers, counting by 1, 5, 10; counting pennies; before/after # by ones; counting on a # line; review days of the week / months of the year; Practice fact cards to improve automaticity with number recognition. :) Be sure to practice and notice plus and minus signs and discuss the difference.
You brought home both the addition and subtraction fact boxes when you can to drop off supplies. :) The note with the boxes is a great resource that helps know which problems are in each fact family.

Environment: Health book (Manners at home, school, church)
Bible: devotion / worship songs
Language/Writing: Rhyming word families; Making sentences; Word order statements; Questions; Exclamations; Review ending marks; Writing tablet
Daily Homework (Math fact cards should be practiced throughout the week)
Monday: practice Math facts 1-3
Tuesday: Math sheet (complete and return the next day; the Math homework sheet is the best tool to study for our weekly test)
Wednesday: All About Me sheet due
Thursday: none
Friday: complete Spelling homework / return Monday (5-point deduction each day it is turned in late)
