Journal. I would like for you to start keeping a journal. In the journal there are five things i would like for you to journal about.
1. What are a few things you are Grateful for.
2. Confess your sins and ask Jesus to forgive you of those sins.
3. Thank Jesus for His forgiveness.
4. What are your Burdens?
5. Ask The Lord a Question for the Day? Listen for his response at the moment or throughout the day/week.

Look up and write out 5 verses dealing with Fear. what does God say we should do with it?
Whats is the difference between an Epidemic vs Pandemic.
List the Pros/Cons for the coronavirus pandemic that you are experiencing. How has it effected your family in positive and negative ways.
Coach Nelson and I hope everyone is doing well. We will suggest that you come up with a healthy routine during this time of isolation. Remember you can email us if you need anything or need someone to talk too.
